If you’re looking for a single private yoga session without committing to a program, you can book a one-off session directly. Private sessions offer complete attention to your needs. These sessions are ideal if you want focused support around a specific issue, a check-in with your practice, or a calm, personalised session without ongoing structure.

Option 2: The 4–6 Week Private Yoga Program

The private program includes four 1:1 yoga sessions spread over four to six weeks PLUS take-home personalized practices, lifestyle advice and Ayurvedic assessment. Each session is built around your body, your history, and your goals

Because this work is collaborative and tailored, the program begins with a FREE 1:1 call. This gives you space to talk through what’s going on for you, ask questions, and make sure this approach feels like the right fit before committing.

How Booking The Yoga Program Works

Before booking a 1:1 yoga course, you must have a phone call with me. Use any ‘Book Your Call’ button to choose a date and time that works for you.

A relaxed conversation where I can listen to what you need, what you’re experiencing in your body, and what you’d like to achieve with yoga together.

Step 2: Free 10-min Consultation

If you go ahead, I will send you a private link to book your appointment. During booking, you’ll fill out a questionnaire and sign the waiver.

Step 3: Personal Questionnaire

Once your questionnaire and waiver are completed, you can then choose your time and date to begin your 1:1 yoga journey with me.
