The private program includes four 1:1 yoga sessions spread over four to six weeks PLUS take-home personalized practices, lifestyle advice and Ayurvedic assessment. Each session is built around your body, your history, and your goals.
Because this work is collaborative and tailored, the program begins with a FREE 1:1 call. This gives you space to talk through what’s going on for you, ask questions, and make sure this approach feels like the right fit before committing.

Before booking a 1:1 yoga course, you must have a phone call with me. Use any ‘Book Your Call’ button to choose a date and time that works for you.

Step 2: Free 10-min Consultation
If you go ahead, I will send you a private link to book your appointment. During booking, you’ll fill out a questionnaire and sign the waiver.
Step 3: Personal Questionnaire
Once your questionnaire and waiver are completed, you can then choose your time and date to begin your 1:1 yoga journey with me.

No. This journey is designed to meet you exactly where you are. I’ll adapt each session to your experience, capacity, confidence, and needs. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or rebuilding a relationship with your body, you are welcome.

It’s a private 4-6 week programme where every session is designed around your body, nervous system, goals, and current life context. Unlike a class, nothing is generic. The practice evolves week by week to support strength, mobility, stress regulation, sleep, digestion, grounding, and whole-body balance.

Many people experience real improvements in strength, stability, mobility, and emotional regulation. Because this approach works with the nervous system rather than pushing against it, the body often adapts faster and more sustainably than traditional “push harder” fitness styles.

Yes. Many clients come specifically for nervous system overload, anxiety, burnout, sleep disruption, digestive imbalance, fatigue, chronic tension, or feeling disconnected from their body. Sessions are structured to support grounding, regulation, and real-life function.

It is therapeutic, but not medical care and not a replacement for healthcare.
This is trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware yoga grounded in my biomedical background and yoga therapy training, designed to support your whole body in a safe and respectful way. -
Spiritual elements are available but never forced. Chanting, sound, or devotional moments may be included because they can support grounding, breath, and emotional processing, but you always choose your level of engagement.
Chakras are used in a grounded tantric framework to understand how safety, expression, identity, boundaries, and connection are held in the body, not as abstract concepts.

The 1:1 Personal Yoga Journey investment is $450 for 4-6 weeks, including your sessions, personalised plan, bedtime support, lifestyle guidance, accountability, and dosha assessment.

Sessions are booked in advance. 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling, in respect of both your time and mine.

Many do. The first phase builds grounding, strength, clarity, regulation, and trust. Beyond that, some continue to deepen strength and mobility, nervous system capacity, spiritual practice, or ongoing accountability and support.
