What’s Victory Shala?

A yoga studio and where you can receive more of a personal touch. A crystal altar and a powerful yantra from the Himalayas purifying the space with teachings of compassion

It’s a place to be human. To arrive honestly. To be welcomed as you are.

Practice here is rooted in Hatha yoga, expressed sometimes through flow, always through curiosity and kindness. There is influence from tantric embodiment, Bhakti yoga (song, prayer, harmonium), meditation, breath and grounding work.
